Director of Development & Operations
With over 5 years of experience working alongside Frank, Naji has developed a well-rounded foundation in real estate development, construction, and investment operations. He has successfully completed over 50 fix-and-flip projects, ranging from single-family homes to multifamily properties of up to 30 units. His hands-on involvement in acquisitions, underwriting, construction management, budgeting, and project execution has given him extensive experience across multiple sectors of the real estate industry.
Naji brings a unique perspective that allows him to understand projects from both a financial and operational standpoint. His diverse experience has equipped him with the ability to anticipate challenges and navigate complex situations with confidence.
